MPHub offers a 7-day return policy from the date of product delivery. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days only.

2. Eligibility for Return

A product will be eligible for return only if it meets all of the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and unopened
• The original seal must be not broken
• The product must be in original condition with all packaging intact
• Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• If the product seal is broken
• If the product has been opened, used, or tampered with
• Digital products, software, or downloadable items
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Return Approval
