1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by VirtualNumProvider ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

VirtualNumProvider provides virtual phone number services that allow users to:

• Purchase virtual phone numbers for India, USA, UK, and Canada
• Receive SMS messages and OTP codes on virtual numbers
• Use virtual numbers for WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platform verification
• Access messages and OTPs through our web platform

Services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly or yearly billing options. Virtual numbers are available as long as the subscription is active and payments are current.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as selected during purchase
• Payments are processed through Paytm UPI or Razorpay
• All prices are displayed in the selected currency at checkout
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

4.2 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 4 hours of purchase if you encounter any issues with the service. If no issues are reported within 4 hours of purchase, refunds will not be processed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.

4.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our services for:

• Social media platform verification (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Receiving SMS and OTP codes
• Business and personal communication purposes

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or fraud
• Spam, harassment, or abusive communications
• Violation of any laws or regulations
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Transmission of viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Any activity that could damage our reputation or services

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

We may update, change, or remove features of our services. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that may affect their use of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of VirtualNumProvider and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirtualNumProvider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VirtualNumProvider, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data. You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
